Last updated: 15 January 2025
Introduction
At the “Muarrab” initiative, we are committed to protecting our users’ privacy and respecting the rights of translators and developers. This policy explains how information is collected, used and protected, to the highest standards of transparency and trustworthiness.
The Information We Collect and Why

Google account
(Your Google account ID, your display name, the date you signed up)
When you sign in with a Google account, we store only the account ID and the display name, plus your nickname if you choose one. We do not ask for your email address and never see your password. Linked to the account is only what you add yourself: your ratings, votes, reports, saved games, requests for Arabic, the teams you follow, your “works for me” confirmations, your display preferences, your contributions, your team verification requests and your appeals.
Purposes: One rating per person • Preventing manipulation and abuse • Syncing your preferences across your devices • Crediting accepted contributions to the people who made them
We never show your Google name. Your nickname, if you choose one, appears with your reviews, on your public profile and on the game pages where we accepted your contributions. You can download a copy of your data or delete your account from the “My account” page.
Your public profile shows the date you joined. Your session stays open on a device for 180 days unless you sign out. When you delete your account, we delete your name, your Google ID, your saved games, the teams you follow and your settings; your reviews stay published under the name “deleted account”, your votes, reports and contributions stay without a name, and the moderation log is kept.
